Le téléphone portable est si facile à dégainer et l'envie d'immortaliser l'instant si grande qu'on ne peut que difficilement passer à côté du selfie. Moi la première. Jusqu'au jour où j'ai eu besoin de faire une pause, marre des réseaux sociaux. Le selfie et l'envie de partager avec la terre entière sont intrinsèquement liés, et ça m'a bien gavée. Je reviens de ce "break", je ne peux toujours pas me passer de mon portable mais je me suis un peu calmée. C'est sur de se sevrer d'une addiction...
